I left my computers with Mary before my vacation. They put windows 10 on all my computers and I also ordered a new one. Mary delivered them to my office in Kaysville and set my office up completely. Everything went so smoothly. The service is excellent and the prices and quality are also the best I've known. Thank you so much.

Mary was Awesome! I just bought three laptops from here and had a new hard drive put in an old laptop. I also have had a desktop from here for a couple years. They have been fantastic to work with and I’m amazed how quickly they get things done. Highly recommend them for your computer needs.

I came in with a shattered laptop screen and was told the new screen would need to be ordered and would take about 4-5 days to ship. We had a massive winter storm the following day and so I didn't expect it to come for another week or so. However, it still managed to come within that time frame. Once I brought in my computer I was able to have it back the same day! Mary is fantastic and the service was much quicker then I expected.

Around a year ago I bought a refurbished Surface Pro through Best Buy, and a few months ago it got stuck in a restarting loop and I couldn't get it to boot up. Geek Squad at Best Buy told me they couldn't help. I was convinced I was screwed, and I started shopping around for a new laptop. I went to look at what PCs Unlimited had, and after telling Mary what happened she suggested I bring in my laptop. Less than a day later she had it working. It's running as well as it ever has. It would have cost me $749 to send this back to Microsoft, but Mary got Windows reinstalled for $100 plus tax. I expected I'd have to spend several hundred dollars and get a new laptop. Instead, I got my own laptop back, running like new, and for less than Geek Squad would have charged had they cared to work on it. I can't remember the last time I've been so happy with any customer experience. I will definitely be back for any computer-related needs.

Amazing computer repair / shop, I went and ordered a custom built PC and it was done within a few days! After I took it home and it seemed to have temperature issues, (I7 CPU, so expected) I contacted them and they immediately offered to take a look at it and install different cooling. Great communication, and the PC works fantastic. Definitely go here! (ignore all the low star reviews, they're all about scheduling stuff but this is a local shop, they open when they want to! haha)

I thought my laptop was broken, so I came here to check it. It turned out the problem was actually my charger something inside had shifted. The staff at the counter was incredibly kind and helped fix it for me, and they didn’t even charge me. I really appreciate their honesty and excellent service!

The person I talked to (Mary, judging by other reviews?) knew what she was doing, explained exactly what she would do and what the risks were, and was more than fair about cost. I can't imagine a better computer repair place.

Had a sudden overheating problem with my desktop computer after moving. In the middle of the stress of moving, trying to figure out what was wrong was really throwing a wrench in things, but I set up an appointment here and got the problem diagnosed and fixed in under 24 hours for an excellent price.
